NOTE: U15-U18 team applications are due by September 24 !

Note:

Please use this single form to register all U15 - U18 teams in your club that wish to play in the EDP.

Acceptance notifications will be on rolling basis within a short time of applying.

Upon acceptance, teams will be directed to complete payment using the GotSoccer system. Payment must be made By October 10 2012.
