FAQ
The program will provide an intimate setting in which players can meet and be observed by college coaches. There will be NCAA varsity coaches who direct the camp, and will be on site for all three days. There will also be other coaches and program scouts who come to observe the training sessions and the showcase scrimmages. Coaches will be presented with profiles of the players, and will have access to the players' online profiles.
The emphasis will be on functional training during the day, accompanied by two structured daily playing sessions designed to provide college coaches with the opportunity to see the players perform. In addition to match and conditioned play, there will also be regular Goalkeeper-Striker sessions and Mid-fielder-Defender training that focus on differing aspects of the positions each day.
In addition to the on-field training and games, coaches will conduct sessions designed to help players prepare for the college application process, and for the college experience.
The camp is directed by Peter Gooding and Mickey Kydes.
